All sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges unless the merchandise is incorrect. An unboxing video is required as proof for any refund claims. (No video = no refund)
Payments
Must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation via PayPal f&f / Wise / GCash / bank transfer.
"YOURS" = SOLD.
Once claimed, the item is considered reserved under your name.
Cancellations
A 50% cancellation fee of the total order will be charged if you cancel after order confirmation. Failure to pay this fee will result in your details being listed publicly.
Late payments
A 20 php per day late fee applies to overdue balances.
Storage policy
Items will be held for a maximum of 90 days once on hand (or after purchase for on-hand items). Beyond this period, unclaimed items may be discarded or resold to free up inventory space.
Privacy Policy
Personal information shared during transactions will be kept confidential and used solely for order processing and shipping purposes. However, if the cancellation fee remains unpaid after an order cancellation, your details may be posted.
Liability
I am not liable for any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges that may be incurred during the delivery process.
Once the item has been handed over to the courier, the transaction is considered complete, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.

To ensure the safe delivery of your photocards, there is a standard packaging fee of 22 php/0.40 usd per order. This fee includes a bubble mailer/corrugated box, chipboard, and 1 toploader. Additional toploaders cost 5 php/0.09 usd each.
